7. Patternmaking

Those of you who don't sew may not know that Vogue offers some of the most challenging and intricate commercial patterns available. Combining two Vogue Patterns is no easy task. Mom had to alter a lot of pieces, and some pieces simply couldn't be combined, so she custom-made all new pieces. These are some of her many, many custom pieces.
